St Francis Xavier's College, Hamilton is seeking a permanent full-time&nbsp;Leader of Learning - Wellbeing &amp; Engagement&nbsp;to join the team from 2023.<br><br>St Francis Xavier's College, Hamilton, is a comprehensive, co-educational senior college catering to vibrant young adults across Years 11 and 12 (Stage 6).<br>Committed to creating a contemporary space that caters to the diversity of its students, teachers are focused on offering a holistic approach to education acknowledging the mind, body and spirit of students and the importance of each in their development of personal and social responsibility.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>The teaching community at St Francis Xavier’s College upholds the responsibility of shaping and encouraging young minds through a shared vision of high quality education, hands-on experiences and fruitful learning for all students.<br>Each member of the teaching staff brings with them skills and expertise in their delivery of the Stage 6 curriculum and the requirements of the Higher School Certificate, while also modelling faith in action by nurturing positive relationships between one another.<br><br>As part of the current diocesan vision for secondary schooling, St Francis Xavier's College will be transitioning to become a 7-12 co-educational school by 2027.<br><br><br><head3><b>POSITION DESCRIPTION</b></head3><br><br>The Leader of Learning - Wellbeing &amp; Engagement works in collaboration with the school leadership team and colleagues to ensure the promotion of student wellbeing in accordance with contemporary evidence-based principles.&nbsp;&nbsp;Across the school they will:<br><li>ensure the highest standards of student wellbeing and learning engagement<br></li><li>establish and maintain a culture of care and ensure proactive support for students and families<br></li><li>work with Leaders of Learning to develop and implement quality learning and wellbeing programs that support engagement and learning outcomes<br></li><li>establish a culture of collaborative and reflective practice<br></li><li>support individuals in identifying new experiences for their continual professional development<br><br>&nbsp;</li>
