It has a particular focus on the KLA of English and the integration of literacy across all KLAs. Through this role, effective and engaging learning environments for today’s school age learners will be promoted along with strong instructional school leadership.</p> <p><strong>Selection Criteria:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">A commitment to support the values and ethos of the Catholic tradition in the workplace&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">A background in primary or secondary Catholic school education with demonstrated success&nbsp; as a&nbsp; classroom practitioner, with expertise in the discipline of English</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Demonstrated success working in primary or secondary Catholic school education with a focus on&nbsp; contemporary learning</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Completed Post graduate study in education and/or leadership will be an advantage</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Capacity to draw on current research and evidence based best practice to plan, implement&nbsp; and support school improvement in Learning and Teaching</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Well developed written, presentation and interpersonal skills with the capacity to&nbsp; communicate effectively across a range of stakeholders including Principals, teachers, students, families and external agencies&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Demonstrated capacity to manage workload, display initiative and work collaboratively</p> </li> </ul> <p>If you are looking for a rewarding and exciting challenge, we would like to hear from you.
