They would work with general direction and use discretion and judgement in planning, allocating resources, organising work, innovating in own function and taking responsibility for outcomes. At MacKillop Catholic College you will be required to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, students and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for our students. </p><p>Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2018.
