This position is for two days per week on Tuesday and Friday from Term 3.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Essential Criteria:</b></p><ul><li>Demonstrable support and commitment to the mission, values and ethos of Catholic Education</li><li>Registration, or eligibility for registration to teach in Sydney Catholic Schools</li><li>Demonstrable and sustained success as a classroom teacher across a range of PDHPE courses</li><li>Demonstrated experience in collecting and using a range of evidence to assess, evaluate and improve teaching and learning practices</li><li>Proven ability to integrate ICT into the teaching of PDHPE</li><li>Proven ability to implement high impact teaching strategies to improve learning outcomes for every student</li><li>Skilled and committed to working with students through a positive approach to behaviour management</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate collaboration and quality relationships in working with others</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Desirable Criteria:</b></p><ul><li>Practising Catholic with accreditation to teach Religious Education in the Archdiocese of Sydney</li><li>Demonstrated ability and willingness to lead and support a range of co-curricular events </li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b><i>Working With Children Check (WWCC)</i></b></p><p><i>This role is classified as child-related work and therefore requires a WWCC clearance prior to commencement of employment.</i></p><p><i><br /></i></p><p><b><i>COVID-19 Vaccination Evidence</i></b></p><p><i>Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) is committed to ensuring the safety of our staff, students and school communities.
