Working collaboratively with teachers at the school you will be responsible for implementing innovative and evidence informed practices that improve outcomes for all. Being prepared to grow and learn is an essential part of this role as we aim to ensure success for all our students. </p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>About You </b></p><p></p><p></p><ul><li>Have an understanding of and commitment to facilitating a co-teaching model.</li></ul><ul><li>Possess good planning and organizational skills, knowledge of current diagnostic and educational practices as they apply to educating students with a disability. </li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Be able to be part of a collaborative professional learning team.</li></ul><ul><li>Committed, enthusiastic and innovative classroom teacher.</li></ul><ul><li>Effective in managing and facilitating safe and supportive learning environments with an understanding of positive student welfare practices.</li></ul><ul><li>Willingness to contribute to the broader extracurricular aspects of school life as an active member of the school community.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic professional learning community. </li></ul><ul><li>Highly developed interpersonal and presentation skills able to communicate effectively and respectfully with students, colleagues, parents/carers and community members.</li></ul><ul><li>In-depth knowledge of subjects and curriculum content within their sphere of responsibility.</li></ul><ul><li>Able to integrate I.T. into the Curriculum.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work in a team environment.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>Vaccination Requirements for our Staff </b></p><p>Our Covid-19 Vaccination Policy requires that all school staff have received two doses of an approved Covid-19 vaccine or possess a valid contraindication medical certificate.
