As Catholics who live by the Gospel values of faith, hope and love, we believe integrity is essential in living the values of being a safe and inclusive community: compassionate, respectful, just and fair, responsible and cooperative.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About the opportunity:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">We are looking for a passionate <strong>Leader of Learning - EMC3 and PBS4L (Positive Behaviour Support for Learning)</strong> to join our school community. Applications are invited from outstanding educational leaders who are looking to make a difference in education.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Your duties will include but are not limited to:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Collaborating with senior leaders and learning mentors to promote student wellbeing and identify appropriate support and services for students and families</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Working as a member of the leadership team to promote learning and school improvement</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Understanding and contributing to the delivery and continuous improvement of relevant strategic initiatives and operational plans</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Collating and analysing data to support staff teaching&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Creating interactive presentation of school based PBS4L lessons</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Responsible for procurement of resources to support learning&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About you:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the core purpose and values of Our Lady of the Way along with:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Tertiary Qualification in Education</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Statements of Service</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Working with Children Check clearance</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Experience working with PBS4L, EMC3 (highly regarded) as well as Personalised Plans and Project Based Learning</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Sound knowledge of and commitment to our Catholic faith and mission in Catholic education</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Interested?</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">This position involves working with children.
