font-size: 11pt"><strong>Work Requirements:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">hold a valid clearance to work with Children (Working with Children Check).</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">a current/valid Australian Driver’s License and eligibility to work within Australia for the period of the appointment</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">requirement to travel between locations.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Qualification in Construction or Facilities/property Management - Certi?cate IV, Diploma or equivalent.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">White Card or the ability to obtain one if successful for this role.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt"><strong>Work Experience:&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">At least three years’ experience working as a facilities coordinator within a multi-site environment with proven success.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Trade background is an advantage.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Experience working in the education sector would be an advantage.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Experience managing multiple construction projects.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt"><strong>Key Capabilities:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Current working knowledge of legislation, regulations, codes and standards</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Ability to develop, deliver and evaluate processes and programs</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Highly developed skills in oral, written and interpersonal communication</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Demonstrated ability to prioritise competing deadlines</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Ability to work e?ectively as a team member and promote a collaborative culture while operating with a high level of autonomy as a subject matter expert</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
