This role is designed to support the Learning Diversity team in developing a range of professional learning and policy documents to ensure inclusive educational practice and in building the capability of teachers to meet the needs of students with diverse learning needs.<br> <br> <strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li>Represent the Learning Diversity team at project and stakeholder meetings</li> <li>Work with others in the Learning Diversity team to build the capability of teachers to meet the needs of students with diverse learning needs</li> <li>Assist with reviewing, updating and developing Learning Diversity polices, frameworks, resources and online/web based professional learning</li> <li>Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders</li> </ul> <p><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong></p> <ul> <li>You are a proven successful educator with minimum five plus years teaching experience</li> <li>You can demonstrate understanding and application of State and National policies and curriculum around inclusive teaching practices</li> <li>You possess an authentic and professional approach, have exceptional stakeholder management skills and like to be part of a team with a focus on continued improvement to deliver positive outcomes</li> <li>You have the ability to effectively analyse and use data to enable targeted professional support at a school level, with a strong focus on early literacy and numeracy intervention</li> <li>You have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with extensive experience working collaboratively with school leadership teams</li> </ul> <p>Salary range for this position is $86,370 (T2-1) to $108,003 (T2-6) per annum according to the Teacher Salaries as set out in the <a href="http://www.cecv.catholic.edu.au/Media-Files/IR/EB/Proposed-VCEMEA-2018/VCEMEA-2018-web.aspx">Victorian Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2018</a>. Salary is based upon teaching qualifications and experience.
