<p><b>Location: </b>Catholic Education Office, Diocese of Parramatta</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>The Opportunity:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">We are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join our HR Advisory team on a full time contract until 30 June 2023. This is an exciting role where you will work closely with our schools and central office employees to provide professional HR advice across all employee lifecycle activities, and you will have exposure to Employee Relations matters and EA negotiations.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">This role provides an outstanding opportunity to work in a busy and friendly team environment, delivering to high standards and timely outcomes for our organisation. This is an exciting time to join our HR team as we are undergoing a period of transformation across our HR Operating model. This role will play a key role in shaping our future ways of working, by supporting the development of our core HR processes and policies.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">We have adopted a hybrid working model with flexibility for team members to work from home and our offices based in Parramatta. Occasional travel to our sites is required.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>The Variety of the role Includes:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Providing accurate and timely advice on HR related matters to our schools and central office&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Collaborating with other HR teams i.e. Payroll, Health &amp; Safety, Injury Management, Talent Acquisition, and Safeguarding to resolve issues&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Coordinating and undertaking HR investigations including with third party providers</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Assisting in the development and implementation of human resource projects, programs and training&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Providing interpretation to stakeholders regarding enterprise agreements, HR policies, programs and practices&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Maintaining effective records management, data integrity, reporting and analytics</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>What you will bring:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">To be successful you will demonstrate alignment to our purpose and values, together with:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Degree qualified in HR or relevant experience&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Proven experience in a similar role, working within a complex organisation&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Strong planning and organisation skills&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Proven experience working with various HRIS platforms, preferably Success Factors&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Ideally some experience in Google Docs, Gmail, ServiceNow and SharePoint systems</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Exceptional written and verbal communication skills&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">An understanding of Catholic Education System is preferred but not essential&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Apply today!&nbsp;</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">If you are determined to make a difference and want to join a diverse organisation committed to transforming lives through faith-based education, click on the APPLY button.
