<p><b>FULL TIME | INITIAL 4 YEAR CONTRACT | COMMENCING 16 JANUARY 2023 </b></p><p><b>REMUNERATION PACKAGE: $164,392 - $177,722</b></p><p>Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School is situated in the city of Palmerston, Northern Territory. The school caters from Transition to Year 6 and has an Early Learning Centre Program and an Outside School Hours Care program. The school commits to providing excellence in education and nurturing faith-filled learners who are respectful and resilient in living the commandment of Jesus, “Love one another as I have loved you” (John: 13:34). </p><p>Working collaboratively with the members of the School Leadership Team, and informed by our Leadership Framework (Focussing Direction, Cultivating Collaborative Cultures, Deepening Learning, Securing Accountability and Being Christ Centred), the Principal is required to provide strategic and operational leadership in the following areas: Catholic Identity, Leadership, Teaching &amp; Learning, Pastoral Care &amp; Wellbeing, Community &amp; Culture and Finance, Facilities &amp; Resources. </p><p>The Principal plays a critical role in supporting a diverse community of learners, maintaining strong relationships with local groups and community leaders and supporting students in their educational endeavours. </p><p>This position will involve working with children.
