<p><b>FULL TIME | INITIAL 4-YEAR CONTRACT | COMMENCING 16 JANUARY 2023</b></p><p><b>REMUNERATION PACKAGE: $173,279 -$186,610</b></p><p>St Paul&#39;s is a well-established Catholic primary school located in Nightcliff with a current enrolment of 210 students from Transition to Year Six, as well as an Early Learning Centre and Outside School Hours Care Centre. The school strives for excellence through a holistic education approach that provides engaging and challenging academic, religious, sporting and cultural opportunities. </p><p>Working collaboratively with the members of the School Leadership Team and informed by our Leadership Framework (Focussing Direction, Cultivating Collaborative Cultures, Deepening Learning, Securing Accountability and Being Christ Centred), the Principal is required to provide strategic and operational leadership in the following areas: Catholic Identity, Leadership, Teaching &amp; Learning, Pastoral Care &amp; Wellbeing, Community &amp; Culture and Finance, Facilities &amp; Resources. </p><p>The Principal plays a critical role in supporting a diverse community of learners, maintaining strong relationships with local groups and community leaders and supporting students in their educational endeavours. </p><p>This position will involve working with children.
