Each fortnight you will be working in either 5/6 or 3/4 to replace the teachers who work a 9 day fortnight. </b>We would be open to a discussion if the successful applicant is looking for additional days.</p><p> </p><p>We are looking for:</p><p>- a commitment to, and a respect for the Catholic identity of the school and knowledge of how Catholic life is lived out at the school, e.g. prayer, sacraments, parish life, etc</p><p>- accreditation to teach in a Catholic school or a willingness to undertake accreditation to teach in a Catholic school </p><p>- an ability to collaborate and actively contribute in a team focused environment </p><p>- knowledge and experience in the implementation of contemporary teaching and learning strategies in Literacy, Numeracy and personalised inquiry learning (Play and Project based learning)</p><p>- experience in and practical understanding of differentiated learning whereby all children within a learning space can learn effectively, regardless of differences in ability </p><p>- a passion for building strong partnerships between our families and school </p><p>- a willingness to be open and responsive to new learning</p><p><br /></p><p>Please email applications to the Principal:</p><p>Emily Conroy</p><p>principal&#64;sjfootscray.catholic.edu.au</p>
