Due to growth we seek to appoint a Human Resources Advisor to become an integral part of a small team.

<p>Applications are invited for the following full-time position. </p><p><b>Human Resources Advisor </b></p><p><b>On-site full-time position (38 hours p.w.) </b></p><p><b>Commencing as soon as possible </b></p><p>Due to growth we seek to appoint a Human Resources Advisor to become an integral part of a small team. Working in a fast-paced environment you will coordinate end to end recruitment and Working With Children Check requirements, be involved in a range of HR generalist activities, and provide administrative support to the Human Resources Director. The successful applicant will demonstrate highly developed interpersonal, organisational and ICT skills, attention to detail, an ethical and professional approach, and a passion for helping others. </p><p>The role provides an outstanding opportunity to work in a busy and supportive HR environment. The role is required to be performed onsite for 38 hours a week, Monday– Friday, year-round. Five (5) weeks annual leave are provided per annum. The appointment will be for an initial period of up to 3 years, renewable by mutual agreement. </p><p><b>The key responsibility of the Human Resources Advisor is to support the Human Resources Director across various HR functions including but not limited to: </b></p><p>• Recruitment and selection </p><p>• Onboarding and offboarding </p><p>• Human Resource Information System (HRIS) administration </p><p>• Employment relations </p><p>• HR compliance </p><p>• Ad hoc projects. </p><p><b>The successful applicant will: </b></p><p>• Hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management (preferred); </p><p>• Have a minimum of 2&#43; years Human Resources generalist experience (preferred); </p><p>• Be available to work on-site for 38 hours a week, Monday– Friday, year-round (excluding 5 weeks annual leave); </p><p>• Demonstrate an understanding and commitment to the Mission of the Catholic School; </p><p>• Be supportive of the Lasallian ethos of the College; </p><p>• Adhere to the Colleges Safeguarding Standards and Child Protection policies and procedures. </p><p>Oakhill College is committed to innovative high-quality teaching and learning and offers excellent facilities and resources.
