We are seeking an experienced PDHPE Teacher (K-12) at our Wahroonga and Satelitte campuses. This is a full time position, FTE 1.0. The responsibility of the PDHPE teacher (K-12) is to plan, evaluate and provide programs to improve the physical development, health, physical strength and fitness of students with disabilities.

We provide a holistic education, offering outstanding academic programs taught by special educators with the support of our dedicated therapy team. </p><p><b>ABOUT THE ROLE </b></p><p>The responsibility of the PDHPE teacher (K-12) is to plan, evaluate and provide programs to improve the physical development, health, physical strength and fitness of students with disabilities. Develop and improve students gross motor and co-ordination skills, while building their positive self-image in a safe and secure environment. </p><p>The role develops appropriate PDHPE programs based on outcomes of the NESA (NSW Education Standards Authority) PDHPE syllabuses for all timetabled classes at Wahroonga and at the Satellites. Develop and implement Leisure and Recreational programs across Years 7-12. Collaborate with classroom teachers to enable students to achieve the outcomes of the PDHPE syllabus as adapted in St Lucy’s curriculum documents.</p><p><b>ABOUT YOU </b></p><p>The School’s core values are Joy, Community, Courage and Truth.
