<p>This position is to commence Term One, 2023 and is currently being advertised as 0.7FTE. The Senior School HSIE classroom teacher will work with other staff to be an effective professional who demonstrates thorough curriculum knowledge, can plan, teach and assess effectively, take responsibility for professional development and promotes the vision and mission of the College.</p><p> </p><p>You will have a sound understanding and knowledge of the New South Wales HSIE Curriculum. You will have experience in teaching HSIE to Stages 4 and 5 plus Stage 6 including Ancient History and/or Business Studies. You will have a proven track record in delivering HSC subjects to all levels and using digital technology for student and teacher learning.</p><p>Other teaching duties may include English and Sport and in the Senior School staff are expected to fulfil a role as a pastoral care tutor in our vertical, House based pastoral care system.
