<p>The Principal is the educational, pastoral and spiritual leader of the College, and as such is responsible for modelling and promoting a life lived in accordance with the School’s Christian faith, in word and action. The successful candidate will be an active communicant member of a congregation of the Lutheran Church of Australia and have (or will attain) accreditation as required by the Lutheran Church of Australia. </p><p>Holy Trinity Lutheran College Board is seeking to appoint a highly interpersonal Principal who is an outstanding educator and leader. The appointment will commence in January 2023.<br /></p><p>About the College </p><p>Holy Trinity Lutheran College is a P-12 school located in Horsham, Victoria – some 300km northwest of Melbourne. Nestled by the picturesque Wimmera River, the College was originally founded as Horsham Lutheran Primary School in 1978 before changing to Holy Trinity Lutheran School in 2008 to further strengthen its connection with the local Lutheran church – Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. The school commenced secondary schooling in 2014 and from 2017 began senior pathways of education, changing its name to Holy Trinity Lutheran College in the process. It is a school committed to providing a future focused Christian education within a supportive and vibrant learning environment for all students. Over 600 students are currently enrolled at the College, with 96 staff employed. </p><p>Within our curricular and co-curricular programs, students are nurtured and guided to develop the necessary skills to thrive in this ever-changing world we live in.
