Ability to teach Religious Education will be an advantage.</p> <p>The successful applicant will:</p> <p>Clearly define accountability measures that are identified, measurable, and report outcomes<br /></p> <p>Is a dynamic and experienced educator (experience in Diverse Learning not essential, but would be well regarded)<br /></p> <p>Able to coach and mentor and model innovative pedagogy and collaborative practice.<br /></p> <p>Demonstrate a knowledge of learning practices that enhance student achievement and performance in learning across KLAs.<br /></p> <p>Contribute to the effectiveness and quality of Diverse Learning Team.<br /></p> <p>Demonstrate experience teaching students who have special educational needs in the areas of behavioural/ mental health diagnosis or disadvantaged lives.<br /></p> <p>Be able to collaborate with colleagues to build genuine and professional relationships and to promote shared commitment and a sense of achievement.<br /></p> <p>Capable of empowering students to be independent and creative learners.<br /></p> <p>Able to successfully integrate technology into everyday learning and planning.<br /></p> <p>Able to work effectively and cohesively with a team.<br /></p> <p>Have the capacity to effectively communicate with parents, students and staff.<br /></p> <p>Demonstrate the ability to support the modification of education programs and assessment to suit individual students learning needs.<br /></p> <p>Show experience of ongoing assessment of students against syllabus outcomes and reporting against student individual growth.<br /></p> <p>Be committed to ongoing personal and professional learning, formation and growth.<br /></p> <p>Teachers should be committed to the Catholic ethos of the College, to authentic effective innovative teaching and learning strategies, and committed to the wellbeing of all members of the community.</p> <p>Child Protection legislation requires the applicant has a current Working With Children Clearance.<br /></p> <p> Closing date: 3.00pm Sunday 9 October 2022</p> <p>Enquiries and applications to be directed to Rachel Quirk, Principals PA Phone: 02 9728 4488 Email: <a href="mailto:rachel.quirk&#64;syd.catholic.edu.au" rel="nofollow">rachel.quirk&#64;syd.catholic.edu.au</a> </p> </div>
