PLUS SUPERANNUATION </b></p><p>MacKillop Catholic College is situated in Palmerston, Northern Territory. It is a well-supported and vibrant community of educators who are focused on delivering high-quality Catholic education and ensuring the holistic development of each student through a balanced approach to faith, academic, sporting and cultural activities.</p><p>The Deputy Principal (Pastoral Care) holds a senior leadership position in a Catholic School. The Deputy Principal (Pastoral Care) is challenged to be a person of faith and vision for Catholic education and have the capacity to communicate this vision to others in the school community. The Deputy Principal (Pastoral Care) is required to work collaboratively with the College Principal in creating and maintaining a Catholic climate within the College community and in the implementation of the College vision of providing active leadership across all aspects of College life.</p><p>A commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education is an essential requirement. </p><p>This position will involve working with children.
