<p>Essential Criteria:</p><p>1. A deep understanding and commitment to the mission and purpose of a Catholic school within the broader evangelising mission of the Catholic Church.</p><p>2. Being a highly credible and skilled K-6 educator with knowledge and skills in contemporary pedagogy to differentiate to cater for students with learning needs.</p><p>3. Knowledge of the CSNSW PP Tool, development of Personalised Plans and data collection for NCCD reporting.</p><p>4. Knowledge and understanding of the needs of the Diverse Learning students and an ability to use a range of screeners and assessments to identify their unique needs.</p><p>5. Understanding of, and experience in, using data to inform goal setting, teaching and learning.</p><p>6. Appropriate qualifications as per SCS Policy, or commitment to undertake the professional learning to gain the qualification.</p><p>7. Highly effective interpersonal and organisational skills, an ability to work collaboratively and lead a Diverse Learning Needs team.</p><p>8. Strong communication skills and willingness to engage with parents to discuss students&#39; goals and needs.</p><p>9. NESA number, WWCC documentation, SALT Compliance Certificate.</p><p>10. Ability to bring joy and passion to the learning environment.</p>
