<p><b>The successful applicant should meet and demonstrate the following criteria:</b></p><ul><li>a sound knowledge and commitment to the Church&#39;s mission in Catholic Education <br /></li><li>accreditation to teach Religous Education in Sydney Catholic Schools (or a commitment to obtaining this accreditation)</li><li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)</li><li>knowledge and understanding of the needs of the EAL/D learner and of EAL/D pedagogy </li><li>understanding of contemporary pedagogy including skills in the use of technology in the classroom</li><li>ability to work co-operatively as part of a team </li><li>understanding of, and experience in, using data to inform teaching and learning</li><li>ability to bring joy and passion to the learning environment</li></ul><p><b> </b></p><p><b>You will have attained:</b></p><ul><li>NESA number</li><li>WWCC documentation</li><li>SALT Compliance Certificate</li><li>Employee ID registration number with Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) or a commitment to Register to Teach in SCS</li></ul><p><b>This role is classified as child-related work and therefore requires a WWCC clearance prior to commencement of employment</b></p><p><b> </b></p><p><b> </b></p><p><b> </b></p>
