</p><p>The successful applicant will demonstrate:
</p><ul><li>proficiency as a classroom teacher with the ability to cater for students with learning needs</li><li>exemplary classroom practice, utilising a range of effective contemporary pedagogies</li><li>a passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs and their teachers</li><li>highly developed interpersonal skills demonstrating an ability to effectively</li><li>communicate with parents, students and staff</li><li>ability to effectively collect, analyse and use data to inform teaching practice</li><li>an understanding and working knowledge of the Disability Discrimination Act (1992) and Disability Standards for Education (2005)</li><li>capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment</li></ul><p>You will have attained:
