We currently have three exciting leadership opportunities for our Australian region, to commence Term 1, 2023. </p><p><b>National Director of Studies – Primary</b></p><ul><li>Full-time, permanent position. </li></ul><p><b>National Director of Studies – Secondary</b></p><ul><li>Full-time, permanent position </li></ul><p><b>National Director of Student Support</b></p><ul><li>Part-time (0.6 load) to Full-time, permanent position </li></ul><p>These roles will ensure an innovative and personalised curriculum is planned, implemented, and reviewed inline with the OneSchool Global vision, values, ethos, and strategy. </p><p>Reporting to the Regional Education Lead and directing the work of State Directors of Study and Department Leaders and partnering with District and Campus Principals, these positions implement the Learning to Learn Framework as the founding principal of curriculum design. With all learning delivered through high quality assignments and utilising approved curriculum resources and innovate digital platforms, the roles will partner with our Teacher Academy to ensure our educators are equipped to apply the learning to learn methodology as the founding principle of learning. </p><p>Taking a leadership role in scheduling, academic assessment, achievement, and examinations these are pivotal strategic roles to secure outstanding academic achievement for all students. </p><p>While our regional head office is located in Sydney Olympic Park, we are open to candidates being based elsewhere, if there is some flexibility to travel. </p><p>Click <a href="https://www.oneschoolglobal.com/au-leadership-opportunities/" rel="nofollow">here</a> to access Position Description for each role. </p><p><b>About you </b></p><p>You will have experience as a Deputy Principal – Teaching and Learning/Curriculum or in senior educational leadership. Experience with strategic leadership of Teaching, Curriculum and Assessment within a secondary school setting and leading and delivering strategic improvement of student outcomes is essential.
