Strongly inclusive, the College prides itself on its diversity as it welcomes students from all backgrounds and cultures.</p><p>For further information about Edmund Rice College, please visit our website - www.erc.nsw.edu.au</p><p><b><u>The Role</u></b></p><p>Edmund Rice College is seeking to appoint a permanent full-time suitably qualified IT Support Technician to join the IT College Department in Term 4.</p><p>The College IT Department supports over 1500 student and staff devices, which include iPads, Chromebooks, MacBook Laptops and Desktop computers. The College utilises a Google learning platform in which staff and students learn collaboratively by using Google classroom, Google sites, Gmail and Google Drive for learning. Other online resources such as Clickview and Destiny are an integral part of learning at the College. </p><p>Reporting to the Director of Information Technologies and Innovation, the IT Support Technician must have a thorough knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, software, peripherals, networks and Google learning platforms. This position will be required to provide support to staff, students and parents relating to the College IT environment and systems. Diagnosing computer and software problems, monitor computer-processing systems, install software and perform tests on computer equipment and programs.
