</b></p><p>Luther College seeks to appoint the services of an engaging and enthusiastic classroom Design Technology teacher to join our talented learning team for a fixed term part time position in Term 1, 2023 of approximately 0.8FTE. The position commences on 23 January and will concluding on 6 April.
</p><p>The successful candidate will have a high level of understanding and experience of restorative practices and psychology of positive education that enhance student engagement in alignment with pedagogical and wellbeing practices.
</b></p><p>You are a teacher who is always learning and improving your practise, passionate about supporting students to become independent in their learning, committed to the holistic development of students who is focused on partnering with parents in achieving this. A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills, you are aware of your impact on all community members and intuitively adjust your style to meet cultural and stakeholder needs.
