<p>The Middle School educator forms a vibrant and crucial component of the Middle and Senior School at Concordia College. Working within a co and team-teaching model, the Middle School teacher is committed to developing an engaging and integrated learning program that supports learner agency and wellbeing for Year 7 and 8 students.</p><p>Working collaboratively with year level teams will be central to the role in the Middle School. As an ELC – 12 College, this may include collaborating with ELC and Primary School teachers and leaders. </p><p> </p><p>In all interactions, the Middle School teacher will demonstrate a strong commitment to the ethos, values, and principles within the context of a Lutheran school and role model the College’s Culture and Values framework.<br /></p><p> </p><p>Knowledge and understanding of innovative learning approaches, including inquiry-based learning, is essential.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
