<p>This role commences, Term 1 2023 for the whole 2023 year.</p><p>As a Teacher’s Aide you will be working under the direction of the Learning Support Coordinator and the class teacher to deliver learning support for students with identified needs in primary, mainly in kindergarten.</p><p><b>Key Selection Criteria:</b><br /></p><p>• Commitment to Catholic education, a clear understanding of the vision and mission of Catholic Schools and a willingness to support faith formation of students.</p><p>• Demonstrated experience working with children and providing in-class support across the curriculum to students with various learning difficulties.</p><p> </p><p>• A commitment and interest to support students with special learning needs.</p><p> </p><p>• Patience, resilience, and the desire and skills to provide learning and care to students. </p><p>• Excellent communication and IT skills </p><p>• Ability to work with small groups of students</p><p>• Confident to take initiative, be innovative and put forward ideas</p><p>• Working effectively with team members, in particular, the classroom teacher</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Qualifications / skills/ Traits: </b></p><p>• Minimum qualification of Certificate III or IV in Education Support </p><p>• Experience in working with students with learning difficulties </p><p>• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel </p><p>• Punctual and excellent time management skills </p><p><br /></p><p>All applications are to be submitted in writing and addressed to the Principal Sr Irene Boughosn, with copies of qualifications to <a href="mailto:employment&#64;stmarouns.nsw.edu.au" rel="nofollow">employment&#64;stmarouns.nsw.edu.au</a> </p><p><br /></p>
