<h2 align="center"><strong>Business Manager</strong></h2> <h2 align="center"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>St Brendan-Shaw College</strong></h2> <p align="center"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Ongoing 1.0 FTE</strong></p> <ul> <li>Are you a passionate Business Manager?</li> <li>Do you thrive in delivering strategic and operational outcomes?</li> <li>Do you enjoy building relationships and delivering high levels of customer service?</li> </ul> <p>If you answered ‘Yes’ to these questions, then St Brendan-Shaw College would love to hear from you!</p> <p>Situated in Devonport on the beautiful North West Coast of Tasmania, St Brendan-Shaw College offers students a Christ Centred, Student Focused and Learning for Life education across Grades 7 – 12.&nbsp;&nbsp; The College is seeking suitably qualified applicants for the role of Business Manager.&nbsp;</p> <p>As a crucial part of the College Leadership Team the Business Manager will form a key role in the future success of the College.&nbsp;&nbsp; The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate an:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to develop and implement business plans and financial strategy.</li> <li>Ability to oversee property management / maintenance and project management.</li> <li>Ability to provide leadership and development across College staffing.</li> <li>Understanding of, and experience in, corporate governance, risk management, compliance and work health and safety.</li> </ul> <p>Catholic Education Tasmania and St Brendan-Shaw College supports the rights of children and young people and is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment directed at ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
