The role works in partnership with and in support of the work of Director of Formation and Mission, responsible for supporting the development and implementation of formation opportunities, immersions and formation programs across the GSE Community; and for the development and production of formation resources.
<p>The role suits an individual who:</p><p>*is willing to learn and work within the GSE charism</p><p>*has previous experience working in adult formation</p><p>*has a deep understanding of adult learning principles</p><p>* Has worked effectively and collaboratively within a Catholic community</p>
