School Marketing Officers are needed at Catholic Schools Broken Bay to work at various school locations on a permanent part-time basis

Are you passionate about driving enquiry through emotional engagement, creating outstanding content and building a local brand in the community? </p><p>If this sounds like you, join us as we embark on an exciting new model of digitally driven, contemporary marketing to help shape a future for our schools filled with love, faith, future growth and success for the students we serve.</p><p><b>The New Roles </b></p><p>To support our Towards 2025 Strategy, we are seeking new permanent part-time School Marketing Officers to work 2 days per week at 1 school (0.4 FTE) or 4 days per week at 2 schools (0.8 FTE). As a School Marketing Officer, you may cover working at one or two of our nominated School sites below:</p><ul><li><b>Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Primary School, Terrigal</b></li><li><b>Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Primary School, Wyoming</b></li></ul><p>We offer flexible working arrangements. But please note this role will be <b>required to work throughout the school holidays. </b></p><p><b>Critical areas of responsibility will be: </b></p><ul><li>Preparing, reviewing, executing and measuring an annual marketing plan and monitoring the school’s marketing budget</li><li>Developing innovative and exciting digital and offline marketing and promotion strategies and activities that drive enquiry and directly correlate with student enrolment growth, communicate a compelling value proposition, and enhance the brand and reputation of the school</li><li>Continuously improving the school’s online presence and visual identity, including increased use of engaging video content</li><li>With support from CSBB’s Community Engagement Manager, acquire, analyse and use data, analytics and insights to optimise marketing initiatives and events.</li></ul><p><b>About You </b></p><p>As the ideal candidate you must be supportive of the Catholic ethos and have: </p><ul><li>Previous experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in the education industry (tertiary, K-12 or early education) or other not-for-profit organisation</li><li>Solid digital marketing experience</li><li>Experience in photography and videography including editing of photos and video</li><li>Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications are highly desirable</li><li>A customer service mindset</li><li>Excellence in active listening, collaborating with others and being open to different perspectives</li><li>A creative flair for design with a sound understanding of contemporary design principles</li><li>The ability to balance projects and manage competing demands</li><li>A valid Working With Children Check and current NSW Drivers Licence.</li></ul><p><b>Remuneration </b></p><p>The salary for this position is $89,174 pro-rata.
