St Paul Apostle South Endeavour Hills is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated DigiTech teacher to join our school. The position will commence on 27th January 2023 and will be for a period of one year with the possibility of continued employment. You will be joining a school community who are committed to improving the learning opportunities for every student.

<p>• Provide educational leadership in the development, implementation and evaluation of the teaching and learning practices of Information Technology at St. Paul Apostle South School </p><p>• Ensure that Information and Communication Technology aspects of the School Improvement </p><p>• Plan and yearly Action Plan are implemented and sustained. </p><p>• Ensure that all planning is based upon the Learning Centred Schools – Sacred Landscape Strategy and is also aligned with the 2011- 2015 Directions for Catholic Education in the Archdiocese of Melbourne. </p><p>• Develop a Scope and Sequence P-6 for IT which is integrated across all levels </p><p>• Update the IT policy for the school. </p><p>• Coordinate the provision of Professional Learning for staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills to implement IT across the curriculum </p><p>• Maintain and co-ordinate the continuous updating of the school website. </p><p>• Co-ordinate the maintenance of the computer network by liaising with Tobin Computing. </p><p>• Attend Information and Communication Technology meetings as required. </p><p>• Work in collaboration with the STEM Leader. </p><p>General: </p><p>• Promote Child Safety practices throughout the school community, reinforcing St Paul Apostle South’s commitment to ensuring that the wellbeing of children in our care will always be our first priority. </p><p>• Promote, that through the school’s child safety policies, the school has zero tolerance to child abuse. </p><p>• Contribute to a healthy and safe work environment for yourself and others and comply with all safe work policies and procedures </p><p>• Maintain currency of first aid, mandatory reporting and anaphylaxis training </p><p>• Attend pro-rata staff meetings, professional learning opportunities and relevant after school activities as required </p><p>• Participate in duty supervision as rostered and other supervision duties when required </p><p>• Demonstrate professional and collegiate relationships with colleagues </p><p>• Uphold the professional standards expected of a teacher </p><p>• Assist in additional tasks as designated by the Principal. </p><p><br /></p>
