This, combined with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities, challenges every student to identify talents and develop them with excellence.&nbsp;</p> <p>Applications are invited from qualified and innovative educators who demonstrate a sincere commitment to the aims and philosophy of Catholic education.</p> <p><strong>The Administration Officer is responsible for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Key Responsibilities – The Administration Assistant may be requested to undertake any of the following duties. Duties required will be directed by the Principal, Assistant Principal and Operations Manager, according to the school’s needs.</li> <li>Providing a warm welcome to all. Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries in an efficient and professional manner.</li> <li>Ensuring that all messages are dealt with in a timely and accurate fashion and, where relevant, relayed to colleagues promptly. <br>Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.</li> <li>To maintain the security and safeguarding of the school by controlling access and ensuring the completion of relevant procedures i.e signing in, issuing of identification badges.</li> <li>Providing information and support to other staff members as required.</li> <li>Providing hospitality for visitors.</li> <li>Ensure that all information is treated confidentially and to have absolute discretion at all times, complying with the school’s data protection procedures</li> </ul> <p><strong>Purpose of the role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Performs reception duties as required.</li> <li>Delegated responsibility from AP and P such as data gathering, monitoring data, letter writing, record management</li> <li>Prepares and edits correspondence, reports, presentations and confidential correspondence.</li> <li>Administration, organisation, gathering and maintaining data sets</li> <li>Back up for Admin 2 role - enrolments, attendance, casual staff</li> <li>Admin as required by Leader of Support - data entry</li> <li>Admin as required by KLA LOLs - eg curriculum checks and follow up, tallying commendations and certificates K-6</li> <li>Admin as required Wellbeing Team - eg Attendance letters - I and 2, suspension letters</li> <li>Banking</li> <li>Attendance data K-12 analysis every 5 weeks - follow up letters</li> <li>Attendance certificates - every 5 weeks</li> <li>Annual uploading of student names for Pat test, Dibels, Renaissance Reading, BEST start</li> <li>Friday Staff morning tea - Plan, purchase, cook/setup, cleanup</li> <li>CART Compliance - oversee and source compliance, check compliance</li> <li>Back up to Admin 1 - such as reception, phones, first aide</li> <li>Undertakes other duties, as required.</li> </ul> <p align="center"><strong>Further details of this position can be obtained by contacting the School on 02 6342 2940.</strong></p> <p>Applications are to include a covering letter addressing the selection criteria and CEDB application with supporting documentation and the names of two professional referees including the most recent Principal/Employer or Final Internship/Practicum Supervisor (for beginning teachers) and a Parish Priest if applicable.</p> <p><strong>Applications close: </strong>13 December&nbsp;at 11.55 pm.</p> <p>A valid <em>Working with Children Check Number</em> is required for this position and must be provided at the time of application.
