<p><b>Location: </b>St Clare's Catholic High School - Hassall Grove</p><p><strong>The Position</strong></p> <p>The Pathways Manager will work as part of a wellbeing team at the school to actively support students in making decisions about their future based on their interests and passions. The role will involve developing an approach to student portfolios as a vehicle to record their successes and learning with a view to shaping their future and securing employment. This role will involve working with external stakeholders to provide experiences and opportunities for interested students. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child-related employment including the completion of a National Police Check, retention of a valid Working with Children Check and adoption and compliance with CEDP’s Child Safeguarding Procedures and Code of Conduct When Working With Students and Children.</p> <p dir="ltr">CEDP promotes the safety and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, and children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds.
