<p><b>Location: </b>St Clare's Catholic High School - Hassall Grove</p><p><strong>The Position</strong></p> <p>The Pathways Manager will work as part of a wellbeing team at the school to actively support students in making decisions about their future based on their interests and passions. The role will involve developing an approach to student portfolios as a vehicle to record their successes and learning with a view to shaping their future and securing employment. This role will involve working with external stakeholders to provide experiences and opportunities for interested students.
