You will report directly to the Aquatics Coordinator and work collaboratively with a team of Swim Teachers, to ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe and responsible manner. </p><p>Key tasks &amp; responsibilities will include: </p><ul><li>Provide high quality, professional, safe and engaging instruction to participants </li><li>Prioritise the safety and wellbeing of all students and always maintain high quality surveillance and instructional techniques in and around the water </li><li>Implement water safety </li><li>Teach foundational swimming skills </li><li>Introduction to and instruction of swimming strokes </li><li>Prepare lesson plans with clear learning intentions and deliverables </li><li>Provide feedback about individual student progression, when requested </li></ul><p>Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring regular, proactive feedback to students and families and striving to maintain an optimum learning experience </p><p><b>About You: </b></p><p>To be considered for this position, it is essential that you have: </p><ul><li>Austswim or equivalent qualification </li><li>18&#43; years of age </li><li>Working with Children Check (Employee) </li><li>Strong communication skills </li><li>Exceptional organisational and time management skills </li><li>Displays a high level of self-awareness and the ability to maintain positive relationships </li></ul><p><b>These positions are casual, with days and hours available, Monday / Wednesday / Thursday, 3.15pm-6.00pm and Saturday mornings. </b></p><p>Although we have indicated a closing date for these positions, applications will be reviewed regularly, with a view to make prompt appointments. </p><p>If this sounds like the role for you then do not hesitate, apply online now by clicking the ‘apply’ button. </p><p><b>Applications close Friday 9 December 2022 </b></p><p><i>Loreto Mandeville Hall is a child safe employer and is committed to the welfare of children and their protection.
