The ability to teach stage 6 mathematics is a distinct advantage.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Essential Criteria:</b></p><ul><li>Demonstrable support and commitment to the mission, values and ethos of Catholic Education</li><li>Demonstrable success as a classroom teacher, with experience across a range of Mathematics courses, particularly stage 6.</li><li>Ability and demonstrated experience in collecting and using a range of evidence to assess, evaluate and improve teaching and learning practices</li><li>Proven ability to implement high impact teaching strategies to improve literacy, numeracy and learning outcomes for every student</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate collaboration and quality relationships in working with others</li><li>Skilled and committed to working with students through a positive approach to behaviour management.</li><li>Ability to integrate ICT into the teaching of Mathematics</li></ul><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>Desirable Criteria:</b></p><ul><li>Practising Catholic with accreditation to teach Religious Education in the Archdiocese of Sydney</li><li>Willingness to lead and support co-curricular events </li></ul>
