<p><strong>Admin Assistant - TAS/VET - Mater Maria Catholic College, Warriewood</strong><br> <br> Mater Maria Catholic College, Warriewood is currently seeking an efficient and organised <strong>Admin Assistant - TAS/VET</strong> on a <strong>temporary, part-time</strong> basis working <strong>30</strong> hours a fortnight commencing Term 1 2023.<br> <br> Mater Maria Catholic College is a Years 7 to 12 Systemic coeducational school supported by Catholic Schools Broken Bay. This includes improved parental leave for temporary staff and non-primary carers, and recognition of service for support staff.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Specific Criteria</strong><br> <br> This is a varied administrative role established to support the TAS teacher and coordinators with daily operational and administrative duties within the space of TAS. These duties can include processing orders, preparing and storing supplies, word processing, attending to any communications needs (ie. emails or phone calls). In addition to this, you will be required to meet the following:</p> <ul> <li>Possess high level interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, and the ability to develop positive relationships with staff, student, parents/carers and community members</li> <li>Be familiar with various software packages which may include but not limited to Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Compass</li> <li>Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Be task focused with attention to detail and flexibility regarding duties</li> <li>Be able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic professional learning community</li> <li>Have a valid First Aid Certificate (desirable)</li> </ul> <p><br> <strong>About us, our Vision and our Towards 2025 Strategy</strong><br> <br> Our Vision is to provide 'authentic, professional Catholic education, delivered with care and compassion'.
