Endeavour College is seeking to appoint a fulltime Executive Assistant from 2023 to support our new Principal and Executive team. While this is advertised as a fulltime position, we remain open to negotiating the weeks of work with the successful applicant.

<p>The Executive Assistant will provide an advanced level of professional, practical and timely administrative support to the Executive on their day-to-day responsibilities. Requiring a high degree of confidentiality, diplomacy and tact, the Executive Assistant will coordinate and perform a wide range of administrative, and organisational tasks and functions for, and on behalf of the Principal and Executive team. Using highly developed relational and communication skills, they will provide courteous, efficient, and productive support services to internal and external stakeholders on activities, projects and tasks that relate to the smooth and effective operation of the College, and in particular to the Principal’s office. </p><p> </p><p>We envision a well rounded individual with significant experience in a similar role, providing support to a Principal, CEO, General Manager or similar. Must have experience working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced administrative role, able to prioritise tasks and manage tight deadlines, organised and efficient in their management of documents and records, with a focus on providing proactive and professional support.
