<p>Supporting the classroom teachers to adjust the curriculum for students with individually learning needs by: </p><p>• assisting students with their learning needs, either individually or in groups, and general classroom support</p><p>• supporting students learning academically, socially, emotionally, physically and spiritually </p><p>• liaising regularly with teaching staff with regards to student learning need</p><p> </p><p>• implement Personalised Learning Plans (PLPs)</p><p> </p><p>• attending PSG (Program Support Group) meetings as required</p><p> </p><p>• complying with the school&#39;s Child Safe Policy, Code of Conduct and procedures relating to Child Safety</p><ul><li>Attend to the needs of students with disability, students from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, students who are unable to live at home, international students, and LGBTIQ&#43; students</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p>
