<p>We seek an experienced LSO who will strive to meet the needs of an individual high needs student.</p><p>We welcome applications from experienced LSOs who: </p><ul><li>have a knowledge of and commitment to the Mission of the Catholic School</li><li>demonstrate a high standard of proficiency, competency and enthusiasm</li><li>are passionate about working with children, families and colleagues in a caring Christ-centred community</li><li>possess strong interpersonal and organisational skills</li><li>demonstrate the capacity to work as a member of a team, in strategic collaboration with teachers</li><li>articulate a deep understanding of the role of an LSO in a contemporary learning environment</li><li>have the ability to focus on continuous improvement</li><li>are organised, supportive and resourceful</li><li>are willing to be involved in the school’s co-curricular activities</li><li>a certificate III or IV in Education Support (or similar) an advantage</li><li>a current WWCC is required</li><li>Experience with a student with an TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) an advantage)</li></ul><p>Application Process </p><p>Applicants should submit a single page cover letter and brief curriculum vitae.
