<h4>THE ROLE </h4><p>The Educational Leader reports directly to the Service Leader, Prince of Peace OSHC. </p><p>The Educational Leader will guide the day to day implementation of the OSHC program. They will ensure OSHC caters to the varying ages, skills, interests and abilities of the children in care, and includes a range of challenging recreational activities in accordance with the ‘My Time Our Place: framework for OSHC’ from the National Quality Framework. </p><h4><br /></h4><h4>SELECTION CRITERIA </h4><p><i>The following selection criteria must be addressed by all applicants: </i></p><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to lead the development and implementation of an effective educational program. </li><li>Experienced in working independently, including open and close of business. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to provide mentoring, coaching and supervision to educators. </li><li>The ability to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for children and families. </li><li>Previous experience as an Educational Leader or in a similar role in Education/Child Care. </li></ul><h4><br /></h4><h4>QUALIFICATIONS </h4><ul><li>Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent (Minimum) </li><li>Current Suitability Card (Blue Card) </li><li>Current Senior First Aid and CPR; Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management </li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
