Endeavour College is seeking to appoint a *part-time Risk & Compliance Officer to work collaboratively across our community to ensure the College is able to meet its regulatory obligations by maintaining high level compliance and risk management systems. *While advertised as a part-time position, there may be some ability to negotiate the hours / weeks worked with the successful candidate. 

<p>The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of safety and risk management, provide effective management of policy, procedures and systems within the College, and act as a central point of contact for WHS matters. The position is also responsible for assisting the HR Manager to drive a culture of continuous improvement.</p><p> </p><p>We envision a well rounded individual who is able to work effectively and independently across a number of compliance areas, and hold responsibility for some key areas. Experience implementing and maintaining effective risk management systems, knowledge and experience interpreting legislation, policy development experience, and a strong understanding of WHS requirements is essential, as is the ability to work through issues sensitively and confidentiality. We would also expect the successful candidate to be able to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines, be organised and efficient in their management of data and records, and have a focus on process improvement.
