<p>The Inclusive Learning teacher is a member of the Inclusive Learning team which supports staff and students by collaboratively planning and implementing agreed strategies and activities to encourage growth and high levels of excellence in all students. </p><p>The Inclusive Learning teacher provides ongoing support for students with disabilities and learning needs both in the classroom and in withdrawal sessions. The teacher prepares Student Support Plans (SSP’s) for individual students and modified curriculum for them. The Inclusive Learning teacher supports classroom teachers to plan appropriate learning programs that are inclusive of all students in their classes. </p><p><br /></p><p> </p><p> </p>
