<p>St James Lutheran Kindergarten is a thriving, locally managed long day model Kindergarten, currently serving 80 families, between 7:30am to 5:00pm. The learning journey begins for children from 3 years of age, who are guided by a dedicated team of educators, to provide quality education and care in a Christian environment. Children who attend the Kindy have priority enrolment interview into the College, and located within the campus of the College. We are a non-for-profit Christian organisation with a focus on ensuring that each individual child is supported in their education and care journey. </p><p>Our aim is to continue to provide high quality care, play based education, inclusive practice and help foster and enhance each child’s development. We value kindness, empathy and believe building relationships is the key. </p><p>Position requirements: </p><p>The ideal candidate for this position will have: </p><p>• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education - experience preferred </p><p>• Christian values, ethos and beliefs </p><p>• Able to meet the criteria under the ACECQA Early Childhood Teacher requirements </p><p>• Current Suitability Card (Blue Card) </p><p>• Current Senior First Aid CPR and Emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis </p><p>• Have a professional and enthusiastic attitude </p><p>• Committed to continual development and improvement both professionally and personally </p><p>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills </p><p>• Positive person who is able to develop and maintain strong relationships with families, children and colleagues </p><p>• Knowledge and skills in all aspects of Early Childhood </p><p>• A genuine passion and drive in providing children with the best possible start in life </p><p>Work within a team of dedicated staff.
