<p>Job Description: </p><p>We are seeking an experienced Operational Business Strategist with a strong background in Finance, Policy and Analytics to join our Lutheran Education team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing effective strategies that drive educational growth, increase operational efficiency, and optimize financial performance. The candidate must have experience in developing policies, and analytics to support decision-making while working within a team to ensure effective implementation of business strategies. </p><p>Responsibilities: </p><ul><li>Develop and implement operational strategies to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability of Lutheran Education. </li><li>Analyse financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and minimise risks. </li><li>Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with Lutheran Education&#39;s strategic intentions. </li><li>Collaborate with different stakeholder groups to ensure effective implementation of business strategies in line with Lutheran Education&#39;s vision. </li><li>Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of policies, procedures, and strategies and make necessary adjustments to optimise results. </li><li>Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competition, and industry best practices to identify new business opportunities for Lutheran Education. </li><li>Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.</li></ul><p>Demonstrated Experience and Qualifications:<br /></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Management or related field. </li><li>Minimum 5 years professional accounting body membership with CA / CPA (or equivalent). </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, finance, policy, and or analytics. </li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex data and provide actionable recommendations. </li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with different departments and stakeholders. </li><li>Experience with data visualisation tools and analytics platforms. </li><li>Knowledge of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. </li><li>Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. </li></ul><p>If you are a highly motivated and experienced Operational Business Strategist with a passion for driving the growth of Lutheran Education and success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
