St Paul’s Catholic College, Manly is seeking to appoint an Enrolment Officer/Registrar with the capacity to support the enrolment growth of our community as we make the exciting transition towards co-education. This is a permanent, full-time position commencing as soon as possible. The role is classified at Level 6 in the Catholic Schools Broken Bay employment agreement.

<p><b>St Paul’s Catholic College, Manly </b>is seeking to appoint an<b> Enrolment Officer/Registrar</b> with the capacity to support the enrolment growth of our community as we make the exciting transition towards co-education. This is a <b>permanent, full-time position</b> commencing as soon as possible. The role is classified at Level 6 in the Catholic Schools Broken Bay employment agreement. </p><p><b>About the College </b></p><p>St Paul&#39;s Catholic College is a systemic Catholic school within the community of Catholic Schools Broken Bay. The College presently enrols boys from Years 7 - 12 but will begin its transition to co-education with the enrolment of girls into Year 7 in 2025 (with some places also offered to girls in Year 11, 2025). The College has close relationships with its feeder Catholic primary schools and also draws enrolments from public and independent schools across the Northern Beaches. This includes improved parental leave for temporary staff and non-primary carers, and recognition of service for support staff. </li></ul><p><b>Specific Criteria </b></p><p>The key responsibilities of the Enrolment Officer/Registrar will include </p><ul><li>Receiving, responding to and managing enrolment enquiries and applications, and managing enrolment processes (including interviews, follow up with primary and other schools and CSBB enrolment procedures) </li><li>Working with the administration support team, teaching staff and the College’s leadership team to plan and implement events and programs that promote and support the College’s enrolments </li><li>Initiating and maintain communication with feeder Catholic and other primary schools to support the enrolment of the College </li><li>Assisting the School Marketing Officer and CSBB marketing team to promote the College online and in the community. </li></ul><p>The successful candidate will work as a member of the administration support team and will maintain working relationships with the College&#39;s Leadership Team, the Principal&#39;s PA, and the School Marketing Officer and Parent Engagement Coordinator.
