We work with diligence and intent to protect them, prioritising their safety and wellbeing at all times and in every situation.&#34;</i> (St. Paul&#39;s Primary School, <i>&#39;Statement of Commitment To Child Safety&#39;</i>). </p><p>We are a two stream, straight-grade school, with a steady enrolment of around 330 students, Foundation (Prep) to Year 6.  </p><p><b><i>We are seeking to appoint an Administration Officer: Receptionist (0.60 FTE: Tuesday, Thursday &amp; Friday), to support us in our work, as we move into a new phase of strategic school improvement (School Improvement Plan 2023-2026).</i></b></p><p>The successful applicant will be an integral part of a strong &amp; cohesive staff team, leading, serving &amp; educating our Catholic school community.</p><p>The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a commitment to building positive relationships with students, staff &amp; parents.</p><p>Exeprience in the use of Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools&#39; ICON (Integrated catholic Online Network) administation system, would be an advantage but not essential.</p><p>This is an opportunity to engage in the work of a Catholic learning &amp; teaching community, where, <i>&#34;Like Christ, we believe in valuing each individual for who they are and who they can be&#34;</i> (<i>St. Paul&#39;s Primary School, &#39;Essence Statement&#39;).</i></p><p>Whilst the offer of employment is initially 3 days fixed term, there may be the possibility of it becoming ongoing in the future.</p><p>The date of commencement will be negotiated with the successful applicant.</p><p>Your application should include a cover letter, resume, the names &amp; contact details of 3 referees (one being your most recent Principal / employer) and the Employment Application Form (attached).</p><p>Please see the attached role description &amp; associated documents. </p>
