<p><b>The Position</b></p><p>We are seeking a Chief Supervisor to oversee examinations at the College in 2023.<br />Applicants for the position should be able to demonstrate:<br />- A proven commitment to Catholic education and faith development<br />- An understanding and acceptance of the College ethos<br />- Sound organizational and administrative skills<br />- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise and communicate effectively with people at all levels and from varying backgrounds<br />- Demonstrate an understanding of appropriate behaviors when engaging with children.<br />- The successful applicant will undergo training</p><p><b>Successful applicants will be required to sign a Statutory Declaration attesting to the following;</b></p><p>- He/she Is not related to, or associated with, any student required to sit the GAT or any student undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2023.<br />- He/she Is not teaching or tutoring any student required to sit the GAT or any student undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2023.<br />- He/she Is not related to or associated with any person engaged in teaching, tutoring or coaching any students required to sit the GAT, any students undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2023, or any school personnel engaged in organizing or checking VCE external assessment materials on behalf of a school in 2023.<br />- He/she Is not employed by the school in any other capacity, including as a teacher, casual relief teacher (CRT) or member of the administration staff.</p><p>In addition, the successful application must have a valid Working With Children Check, be highly organized, have the ability to manage a team (including assistant supervisors), and be prepared to conduct the examinations as per VCAA guidelines (training will be provided, if required).</p><p>A detailed description of key responsibilities can be found in the job description attached. </p><p><b>Applications close 9am Monday 3rd April 2023</b></p><p>For more information about Kolbe Catholic College, please go to our website www.kolbecc.catholic.edu.au</p><p>Kolbe Catholic College is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care, including maintaining compliance with the Child Safety Code of Conduct.</p>
