<p>The School Administration Officer has a key role to play in the school at an operational level. The role is vital to the efficient and smooth running of the school on a day-to-day basis. The position reports to the principal. </p><p>Duties include processing in a comprehensive computerised administrative system (Synergetic &amp; Technology One Software System) for:</p><ul><li>purchase orders</li><li>banking</li><li>personnel records</li><li>office coordination</li><li>administrative services</li><li>and a component of front reception duties.</li></ul><p>The position is for the 2023 school year with the possibilty of continuing in 2024.</p>
