<p>• Act as a member of the faculty and Secondary School Team</p><p>• Provide effective and faith-impacting classroom teaching of children </p><p>• Use all available opportunities to promote the concept of coeducation and ensure ongoing policies to provide programs to meet the needs of students </p><p>• Foster the concept of cohesion amongst students in a Preschool – Year 12 environment </p><p>• Familiarity with NESA syllabi and assessment requirement for your Faculty </p><p>• Participate in staff professional development in partnership with the staff and the Training &amp; Development Team </p><p>• Contribute to the Faculty team in their understandings of relevant curriculum and its application in a Christian School </p><p>• Nurture the physical resources of the College </p><p>• Participate in Faculty team meetings and staff meetings </p><p>• Support &amp; encourage other Teachers in their oversight of their classes </p><p>• Willingness to take on co-curricular activities</p>
