Reporting to the Head of College and Business Manager, the Facilities Manager will be responsible for the overall management of grounds, property, facilities and vehicle fleet of the College across both campuses. Design, implementation, and management of projects, budgets and maintenance schedules is a key focus of the role, coupled with effective leadership of health and safety and staff.

<p>Facilities Manager </p><p>The Opportunity </p><p>Reporting to the Head of College and Business Manager, the Facilities Manager will be responsible for the overall management of grounds, property, facilities and vehicle fleet of the College across both campuses. Design, implementation, and management of projects, budgets and maintenance schedules is a key focus of the role, coupled with effective leadership of health and safety and staff. </p><p>Position type: Fixed Term 3-year contract, Full time 38 hours per week </p><p>About you </p><p>This position would suit someone with commitment to the ethos, Christian values and teachings of the College. The suitable candidate will also have: </p><p>- Project management experience essential, with relevant project management qualifications desirable. </p><p>- Facility management experience with significant property assets, including budget management experience </p><p>- Multiple vehicle fleet management experience. </p><p>- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder relationship skills, including demonstrated people leadership and mentoring ability. </p><p>- Demonstrated competence and confidence in using a personal computer and relevant software packages eg Microsoft Word and Excel. </p><p>- Knowledge of general office and administrative procedures and equipment. </p><p>- Working with Children accreditation (Blue Card) or ability to obtain this accreditation. </p><p>- Trade qualification in a building/construction trade. </p><p>- Work Health and Safety and Fire Safety Officer qualification or the ability to obtain. </p><p>About us </p><p>A one College, two campus community-based, co-educational secondary school, led by a dedicated team of innovators and life-long learners striving to support each colleague and student achieve their best. </p><p>Employees of Grace have the following benefits available: </p><p>- Ongoing professional development </p><p>- Employee Assistance Program </p><p>- Salary Sacrificing Superannuation </p><p>- Salary Packaging </p><p>How to apply </p><p>Please submit your application by clicking on ‘Apply Now’.
