<p>Facilities Manager </p><p>The Opportunity </p><p>Reporting to the Head of College and Business Manager, the Facilities Manager will be responsible for the overall management of grounds, property, facilities and vehicle fleet of the College across both campuses. Design, implementation, and management of projects, budgets and maintenance schedules is a key focus of the role, coupled with effective leadership of health and safety and staff. </p><p>Position type: Fixed Term 3-year contract, Full time 38 hours per week </p><p>About you </p><p>This position would suit someone with commitment to the ethos, Christian values and teachings of the College.
