Endeavour College is seeking to appoint a permanent part-time Student Services Coordinator working 35 hours per week over 41 weeks which will be worked predominantly during school terms. Working hours will be 8.15am - 3.45pm Monday to Friday.

<p>The successful candidate will provide a high level of quality customer service to students, staff, families and suppliers connected with Student Services. The position is also responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the Student Services area, including coverage requirements and the workload of other staff, acting as the primary point of contact for providing First Aid services to students, maintaining College records, and for providing Management with accurate and timely reports.</p><p>We envision a well rounded individual with a heart for customer service, who is passionate about working with students on their journey through secondary education, is trained in and has significant experience applying first aid, experience working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced operational administrative role, able to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines, is organised and efficient in their management of data and records, and has a focus on process improvement.
